Renew comes in two profiles: 139 × 23 mm (2.90 kg per metre) and 139 × 22 mm (2.51 kg per metre), both in 2.9 m lengths. Custom lengths are available on production orders, subject to our 500 m² MOQ.
Yes. Every Renew board is co-extruded with a 0.8 mm polymer cap that protects the core from staining, moisture and UV fading. It is the same cap thickness we use on our premium TimberLuxe range.
Renew is a hollow board. Internal chambers reduce weight and material cost, which keeps Renew the lowest cost per square metre in our range. For a solid board, choose VerdeLife or TimberLuxe.
Allow about 6.9 linear metres per square metre, or roughly 2.4 boards at 2.9 m, based on a 5 mm gap. Add 5–10% for cutting waste, depending on deck shape and board direction.
Install Renew on joists at 300 mm centres. Closer spacing keeps the deck stiff underfoot and is required to keep the 15-year warranty valid, particularly for diagonal layouts.
Yes. Renew is rated R11 under AS 4586 and absorbs just 0.2% water (ASTM D1037). Choose lighter colours such as Golden Oak or Radiant Gray to reduce surface heat in full sun.
