Composite Decking, Cladding & Screening Manufacturer — Wholesale Supply to Australia

We supply Australian importers, distributors, merchants and builders. All three ranges share one six-colour palette and one set of textures, so a deck, a facade and a fence line can be specified and shipped together.

Four Product Lines. One Source. Every Outdoor Application.

Decking, cladding and screening are produced on the same colour and texture system — six colours, matched across all three ranges. A deck, a facade and a fence line can be specified from a single order, with no colour matching between suppliers and no odd batches left over.

Advantages

Sustainability Is Our Priority

What our sustainability claims are based on.The recycled content figure in our specifications — 60% of polymer content — is measured, not estimated, and we send the supporting documentation with every quotation. Formaldehyde is not detected under EN 717-1, which is what makes the boards usable for interior wall and ceiling applications as well as outdoors. Our plant holds ISO 14001 for environmental management and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety.

Raw Materials And Supply Chain Control

We own our raw material supply, not just the extrusion line.

Most composite manufacturers buy HDPE and wood fibre on the open market, which is why their prices move with the spot market and their colour batches drift. We operate our own upstream raw material business, so the polymer and fibre going into your order come from a supply we control — HDPE specified at 0.95 g/cm³ with 60% recycled content, and hardwood fibre.

Two things follow. Material cost is more stable across a year, and batch-to-batch colour is more consistent — which is what matters when a distributor reorders the same colour twelve months later.

Product Technology Iteration Advantages

A separate sampling line, and samples in 48 hours.

New profiles, colours and textures are proofed on a dedicated line rather than waiting for a gap in production. A first sample is normally ready within 48 hours of a confirmed brief, and revisions run on the same line.

Production System And Quality Control

Twelve quality checkpoints, from incoming material to sealed container.

Every order passes twelve recorded quality gates, starting with IQC inspection of incoming polymer and fibre and ending with OQC inspection before the container is sealed. Between them sit extrusion, cap-layer, dimensional, surface and packing checks.

You can request the inspection record for your order and we will send it with the shipping documents. If you use a third-party inspector, we will schedule the pre-shipment window around their visit.

Service System

One named contact, answering within one business day.

Trade enquiries are handled by a dedicated export team, not a shared inbox. You get a named contact who stays with the account through quotation, sampling, production and shipping.

Where a request affects price, specification or delivery date, we will tell you what is possible and what it costs before you commit — including when the answer is no.
