Facades that look like timber — and never need painting. DecoGroove delivers a natural wood finish in six standard colours, engineered to hold its appearance under Australia’s extreme UV and coastal salt air.
Supplied to Australian building material wholesalers, private-label brands, volume builders, developers and facade contractors from 500 m², with custom colour, texture and profile available.
Trade, wholesale, specification and project enquiries.
Thicker than most competing composite cladding products on the Australian market
Proven UV colour stability for Australia's extreme UV index conditions
Structural confidence for commercial facade and multi-storey specifications
Virtually impermeable — no swelling, warping, or mould growth at joints and cut edges
All colours are co-extruded into the board surface — not painted — ensuring consistent colour and finish across the full facade for the life of the product. Custom colour matching is available for volume orders.

MATERIAL COMPARISON
Fibre cement dominates Australian external wall construction — but it comes with trade-offs that add up over a building’s lifetime:
mandatory painting on installation, repainting every 8–12 years, heavy site handling, and a flat painted finish that can’t replicate the warmth of natural timber.
Composite cladding delivers a premium wood-grain aesthetic at a lower total lifecycle cost, with no ongoing maintenance obligation.

LastElegance composite cladding is tested and certified to international standards, giving wholesalers and specifiers the documentation required for commercial project sign-off.

Under Deemed-to-Satisfy provisions it suits Class 1 and Class 10 buildings — houses, garages, carports, sheds, fences and freestanding screens — plus internal wall and ceiling lining. Low-rise Class 5–8 external walls may be permitted depending on building height and setback from a fire-source feature. It is not Deemed-to-Satisfy compliant for external walls of Type A or Type B construction, which NCC 2022 Volume One C2D10 requires to be non-combustible. On those buildings a Performance Solution prepared by a fire engineer would be required. We will say so at quotation stage rather than after you have ordered.
Yes. Boards are fixed to a timber or aluminium batten subframe, with centres determined by board width, wind load zone, and local engineering requirements.
The concealed clip system delivers a clean, fastener-free facade finish.
Boards can be installed horizontally or vertically, depending on the design intent. Our team can provide full installation guides and subframe spacing recommendations for your project.
Fibre cement products carry a competitive supply price, but the total installed cost tells a different story.
Composite cladding is significantly lighter, which reduces labour time on site — particularly on multi-storey or scaffolded elevations.
It requires no priming or painting on installation, and no repainting over its service life, removing a recurring cost that fibre cement owners face every 8–12 years.
For clients who value a low-maintenance facade, composite cladding delivers a stronger lifecycle value proposition and fewer callbacks.
Yes. Composite cladding is specified across a wide range of commercial applications, including retail facades, office buildings, hospitality fitouts, multi-residential developments, and industrial cladding projects.
For commercial specifications, we supply full technical documentation — including test reports, product data sheets, and compliance certificates — to support the procurement and approval process.

Virtually none. Unlike fibre cement or timber cladding, composite boards do not require painting, sealing, or any surface treatment at any point during their service life.
Routine upkeep is limited to an occasional rinse or wash with mild soapy water to remove surface dust and environmental deposits — particularly in coastal or high-pollution locations.
There is no refinishing, recoating, or periodic treatment required.
Six standard finishes are available: Rose Wood, Teak, Golden Oak, Dark Grey, Radiant Grey, Ancient Wood. All colours are co-extruded into the board surface. Custom colour matching is available for volume orders.
Yes. Full OEM/ODM services cover board width, thickness, length, profile shape, colour, surface embossing pattern, and packaging format.
Custom mould development is available for unique profile requirements. These services are structured for building material wholesalers, commercial builders, and developers sourcing at scale.

500 m² is the minimum, which suits a trial order rather than a full container. A typical first engagement is: free sample set → indicative pricing against your quantity → a trial order → third-party pre-shipment inspection if you want one → repeat container programme.
Yes — this is the main reason partners work with us. Send a physical sample and we will match colour and, where volume supports new tooling, surface texture and profile geometry as well.
Yes. Boards, cartons, labelling and documentation can all be produced under your brand. We do not sell to Australian end users and we do not appoint competing partners inside an agreed territory without discussing it with you first.
The 20-year warranty is a written document naming the buyer and the production batch, covering surface cracking, edge lifting or warping, breakage, and colour fade beyond the contracted range under normal use and maintenance. It does not cover incorrect installation or misuse. Batch references are retained so a claim can be traced to a specific production run.
