ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
The Composite Cladding collection is a premium co-extruded WPC board — recycled hardwood fibre core, HDPE matrix, and a 0.8 mm co-extruded polymer cap that outlasts painted fibre cement and single-layer timber cladding alternatives. It delivers the warmth and texture of real timber on any facade — without the cracking, peeling paint, or costly maintenance cycle that follows.

Product Detail
The board features a co-extruded polymer cap layer measuring 0.8 mm — thicker than many competing cladding products available on the Australian market. For wall cladding applications, this cap is critical: it acts as the board’s primary barrier against UV degradation, moisture ingress, staining, and surface cracking — eliminating the need for periodic repainting that fibre cement and timber cladding both require.
The cap layer is stabilised with a dual-system UV package combining Hindered Amine Light Stabilisers (HALS) with UV absorbers. Under QUV accelerated weathering testing, boards achieved a colour difference of ΔE ≤ 4–5 after 3,000 hours of exposure — a performance benchmark that matters significantly in a country with some of the highest UV index readings on Earth.
The composite core contains no exposed cellulose, making it structurally immune to termite attack — a persistent risk for timber-clad buildings across Queensland, New South Wales, and Western Australia.
LastElegance composite cladding is tested and certified to international standards, giving wholesalers and specifiers the documentation required for commercial project sign-off.

Colour Range
All colours are co-extruded into the board surface — not painted — ensuring consistent colour and finish across the full facade for the life of the product. Custom colour matching is available for volume orders.
MATERIAL COMPARISON
Fibre cement dominates Australian external wall construction — but it comes with trade-offs that add up over a building’s lifetime:
mandatory painting on installation, repainting every 8–12 years, heavy site handling, and a flat painted finish that can’t replicate the warmth of natural timber.
Composite cladding delivers a premium wood-grain aesthetic at a lower total lifecycle cost, with no ongoing maintenance obligation.
Compliance with the National Construction Code depends on the building class, height, and the specific fire performance data for the cladding product being specified.
Our composite cladding is tested to international standards, and full test reports — including EN 15534 flexural strength, QUV accelerated weathering, and EN 717-1 formaldehyde emission data — are available on request for use in project documentation and council submissions.
For multi-storey or Class 2–9 buildings where NCC Volume One applies, we recommend engaging your building certifier with our test documentation to confirm suitability for your specific project configuration.
Bushfire Attack Level requirements are site-specific and assessed under AS 3959.
If your project carries a BAL rating, we recommend requesting our full product test reports and working with your building certifier or accredited bushfire consultant to confirm suitability.
Our trade team can supply technical documentation promptly to support that assessment process.
Yes. Boards are fixed to a timber or aluminium batten subframe, with centres determined by board width, wind load zone, and local engineering requirements.
The concealed clip system delivers a clean, fastener-free facade finish.
Boards can be installed horizontally or vertically, depending on the design intent. Our team can provide full installation guides and subframe spacing recommendations for your project.
Fibre cement products carry a competitive supply price, but the total installed cost tells a different story.
Composite cladding is significantly lighter, which reduces labour time on site — particularly on multi-storey or scaffolded elevations.
It requires no priming or painting on installation, and no repainting over its service life, removing a recurring cost that fibre cement owners face every 8–12 years.
For clients who value a low-maintenance facade, composite cladding delivers a stronger lifecycle value proposition and fewer callbacks.
Yes. Composite cladding is specified across a wide range of commercial applications, including retail facades, office buildings, hospitality fitouts, multi-residential developments, and industrial cladding projects.
For commercial specifications, we supply full technical documentation — including test reports, product data sheets, and compliance certificates — to support the procurement and approval process.

Virtually none. Unlike fibre cement or timber cladding, composite boards do not require painting, sealing, or any surface treatment at any point during their service life.
Routine upkeep is limited to an occasional rinse or wash with mild soapy water to remove surface dust and environmental deposits — particularly in coastal or high-pollution locations.
There is no refinishing, recoating, or periodic treatment required.
Eight standard finishes are available: Rosewood, Teak, Teak Classic, Oak, Walnut, Ancient Wood, Dark Grey, and Phantom Grey.
All colours are co-extruded into the board surface — not painted — ensuring the finish is retained for the life of the product without peeling or recoating.
Custom colour matching is available for wholesale orders above MOQ. Contact our team for a custom colour brief and lead time.
Yes. Full OEM/ODM services cover board width, thickness, length, profile shape, colour, surface embossing pattern, and packaging format.
Custom mould development is available for unique profile requirements. These services are structured for building material wholesalers, commercial builders, and developers sourcing at scale.
