We supply composite decking, screening and cladding to building-material importers, wholesalers, distributors, timber and building merchants, builders, developers and specialist contractors. Architects, specifiers and estimators can also contact us for product information and project requirements.
Our factory-direct supply model is best suited to buyers planning bulk orders and allowing time for production and international shipping.
Our products are manufactured in China and shipped from China to Australia. Our factory is in Shifang, Sichuan. Please allow for production, packing, sea freight and the additional time needed for port handling and delivery arrangements.
If you need material by a particular date, include your Australian destination and required arrival date in your enquiry.
Our standard minimum order quantity is 500 m². The allocation across products, profiles and colours is confirmed with your quotation. Custom profiles, colours, materials or packaging may have different minimum quantities.
For screening ordered by the linear metre, send the profile and quantity you need so we can confirm how the order quantity will be assessed.
Send us your proposed product and colour breakdown. We will confirm the available combination, the minimum quantity for each item and the packing arrangements before you place an order.
The three ranges use a shared six-colour palette. Mixed-order availability still depends on the profiles, quantities and production requirements; please have the agreed mix included in your quotation.
Please include your company and business type, product or profile, estimated quantity, preferred colours, Australian destination port or postcode, and required delivery timing. Drawings, a bill of quantities or a sample reference are useful if available.

Loading quantity depends on the profile — solid boards, hollow-chambered boards and screening battens all pack differently. Tell us the profiles and the split you are planning and we will calculate the exact loading for your order.

Pricing depends on the profile, material specification, quantity, colour, surface finish, packaging and any custom tooling. Your quotation should also identify its currency, delivery basis and which freight or destination costs are included.
Send your order requirements for a current quote. Compare quotations on the same product specification and delivery basis, rather than comparing a factory price with an installed Australian project cost.
For a 20-foot container, allow approximately 15-20 days for production, and 24–32 days for sea freight.
For a 40-foot container, allow approximately 20-25 days for production, and 24–32 days for sea freight.
They are planning estimates, not door-to-door delivery guarantees. The production start date, booking availability, customs clearance, port handling and inland delivery must be confirmed for the order. Sampling and custom tooling may add time.
The sea-freight estimate covers the shipping stage to Australia. It does not by itself include every step needed to reach your warehouse or site.
Tell us your destination and preferred delivery arrangement. We will clarify the quoted scope and responsibilities, including which port, clearance and inland-delivery arrangements need to be made separately.
Include your preferred port or postcode and the date you need the material. We will review the production and shipping plan for your proposed order and confirm the timing we can quote.
Allow time for sample approval and any changes to the specification before production. For projects with a fixed programme, agree the supply schedule before committing to installation dates.
Terms, deposit percentage and the balance schedule are confirmed in writing on the pro forma invoice for each order. Check that the invoice reflects the agreed products, quantities and delivery basis before proceeding.
Yes. You are welcome to appoint an independent inspection agency — SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV, Intertek, or an inspector of your own choosing — to attend our factory before loading and verify quantity, dimensions, colour against the approved sample, and packing condition.
Tell us at order confirmation so the inspection window can be scheduled into the production plan. If you would rather not send an inspector, we can supply in-process photographs and a loading report instead.

Composite decking, screening and cladding share a palette of six standard colours. Ask for the current colour card and samples for the profiles you are considering.

Yes. The shared palette is intended to help you coordinate decking, screening and cladding in the same project or merchant range.
Surface texture, profile shape and lighting can change the visual appearance. Review samples from each selected product together and confirm your chosen colour references before ordering.
Yes. Samples are free, with no minimum and no commitment — you only cover freight, which we quote to your address for approval before anything ships.
There is no standard sample pack. We cut the lines, colours and profiles you tell us you are quoting on, from the same extrusion runs we ship, and include the spec sheet. Your set is dispatched within 1 working day of confirming the brief and freight. Request samples.
We can discuss custom colours, surface textures, lengths, packaging, material specifications and profile shapes, including custom moulds where required.
Custom work is subject to a feasibility review. The minimum quantity, tooling or sampling charges, approval process, production lead time and any additional testing are confirmed for the proposed specification. Send a drawing, colour sample or reference image with your enquiry.

Wood-plastic composite (WPC) — a wood-fibre and polymer core with a 0.8 mm co-extruded cap layer bonded to the surface.
The cap is what resists staining, fading and moisture ingress. At 0.8 mm it is substantially thicker than the 0.3–0.5 mm typical of many capped composites, which matters for scratch tolerance and long-term surface life. Ask for the data sheet of the specific profile for its core construction and section dimensions.

Some change is normal for any outdoor material. Our accelerated weathering result is ΔE ≤ 4–5 after 3,000 hours QUV exposure — a difference visible against an unexposed board side by side, but not a dramatic shift.
Most of the settling happens in the first months of exposure, after which the colour stabilises. Australian UV is severe, particularly in northern and inland regions. If colour stability is critical to the specification, ask for the weathering report for the specific colour — darker and lighter colours do not behave identically.
You can request product data sheets, profile dimensions, installation information, warranty terms and relevant test reports for the products you are considering. Tell us the model, surface finish and intended application so the information can be matched to your requirements.

Please tell us the fire-performance or BAL requirement for your project before selecting a product. We will confirm what evidence is available for the specified model and application.
A surface-burning or reaction-to-fire result does not on its own establish a BAL rating or approval for an entire wall or decking system. Project acceptance should be assessed against the applicable requirements by the responsible designer, engineer or building certifier. Do not assume one report applies to every product or installation.
Ask for the slip-test report for the exact decking profile and surface you intend to use. Our supplied technical information includes an R11 result; the matching report and its test conditions should be checked before specifying a product.
An R classification is not a direct substitute for a wet-pendulum P classification. For wet areas, pool surrounds or commercial access routes, send us the required test method and classification so suitability can be assessed for the project.
Ask for current certificates and test reports relevant to your selected product and purchasing requirements. The document should identify its scope, issuing body, test method or certification scheme, and the product or facility it covers.
If recycled content or a particular environmental certification is important to your specification, state that requirement in your enquiry so we can confirm the available evidence. A laboratory name or a management-system certificate alone is not a product approval for every building use.

Installation information is available for our product ranges. Decking can use concealed stainless-steel clips with compatible grooved profiles. Screening and cladding use their own fixing and trim systems.

These apply to standard profiles in typical conditions. Reduce spacing for commercial loading, unusual spans, diagonal laying or exposed wind conditions. Send your layout and the site’s wind classification if you would like us to check — these figures support planning; they do not replace project-specific structural or wind-load design by a qualified engineer.
Yes. The boards cut with ordinary carbide-tipped timber tools — circular saw, drop saw or jigsaw with a fine-tooth blade. No specialist equipment is required, which is part of why contractors take to the system quickly.
Blades dull faster than on softwood because of the mineral and polymer content, so allow for that on large jobs. Pre-drill when face-fixing near board ends, and follow the installation guide for expansion allowances at the ends of runs and against fixed structures.
Do not assume a decorative or privacy-screening product is suitable as a pool safety barrier, balustrade or other fall-protection system. Those uses require the complete design and supporting evidence to meet the applicable project requirements.

Suitability depends on the building, location, wall construction and the fire, wind and weatherproofing requirements of the project. A decorative finish or a single material test does not establish suitability for every external wall.

Subject to the applicable written terms, the warranty addresses specified quality issues under normal use and maintenance, including surface cracking, edge lifting or warping, breakage, and colour fading beyond the range agreed in the contract.
Incorrect installation, misuse and human-caused damage are excluded under the supplied warranty description. The full terms explain the conditions, exclusions and remedies; the warranty period alone does not mean every type of damage or associated cost is covered.
Routine care is a sweep and a wash with warm water and a soft brush. Clean stains while fresh with warm soapy water; for mould or mildew in shaded damp areas, use a dilute household cleaner and a soft brush, then rinse thoroughly.
Do not use a high-pressure washer at close range, wire brushes, or solvent-based cleaners — all three can damage the cap layer and are grounds for excluding a warranty claim. Merchants and contractors: pass the maintenance guidance to the end customer in writing at handover, as most warranty disputes start with cleaning method.
