ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
Built for Scale. Priced for Margin.
The composite screening market is dominated by a handful of national brands — brands that charge a premium precisely because contractors have had limited alternatives. LastElegance changes that equation.
As a factory-direct manufacturer, we supply building material wholesalers and commercial contractors with a product that matches — and in key technical categories, exceeds — what the big names offer, at a price point that protects your margins and wins bids.
0.8 mm
Cap Layer Thickness
Thicker than most competing composite screening products available at wholesale in the U.S. market — more protection against UV, staining, and surface wear over time.
ΔE ≤ 4–5
Color Retention · 3,000 hrs QUV
Validated color stability under QUV accelerated weathering — critical for projects in high-UV regions including Florida, Texas, Arizona, and Southern California.
0.2%
Water Absorption · ASTM D1037
A fully sealed board profile. No swelling, no warping, no delamination — regardless of humidity levels, rainfall exposure, or proximity to water features.
60% Recycled
Recycled HDPE Content
Manufactured from recycled hardwood fiber and high-density recycled HDPE. Supports green building compliance requirements and LEED documentation where applicable.
We supply factory-direct to building material distributors, regional wholesalers, and commercial contractors across the United States — with the operational flexibility that large-scale procurement demands.
TECHNICAL DATA
Dimensional and packing data for project planning and procurement.

Product Detail
Most composite fencing products sold through U.S. distributors are manufactured to a price. Cap layers are thin. UV stabilization is basic. The result is predictable: color fade within two seasons, surface chalking, and callbacks that erode contractor margin.
LastElegance Composite Screening is engineered differently. The 0.8 mm co-extruded cap is permanently fused to the composite core during production — not applied as a secondary coating. It functions as the board’s primary barrier against UV radiation, surface staining, moisture absorption, and impact damage across its full service life.
UV protection is delivered through a dual-system package combining Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers (HALS) with broad-spectrum UV absorbers. Independent QUV accelerated weathering tests confirm a color shift of ΔE ≤ 4–5 after 3,000 hours — a benchmark that matters in Sun Belt markets where competing products visibly degrade within 12 to 18 months.
The composite core contains no exposed cellulose, which eliminates termite vulnerability entirely. This is a specification advantage in the Southeast and Gulf Coast markets where subterranean termite pressure is a documented liability for treated lumber fencing.
LastElegance Composite Screening is tested to international and U.S.-recognized standards. Full test reports are available to wholesalers and contractors for specification submittals, project documentation, and commercial sign-off.

The standard product range is the starting point, not the ceiling. LastElegance operates a full OEM and ODM manufacturing program for distributors and wholesalers who want to build their own brand equity rather than resell a commodity line.
Customization is available across board length, profile dimensions, color specification, surface embossing pattern, packaging format, quality grade, and complete custom mould development for unique profile geometries.
This is where the factory-direct model creates genuine competitive advantage. The national composite brands do not offer private-label programs to mid-market distributors. We do — with no compromise on the underlying product specification.

Colour Range
All colours are co-extruded into the board surface — not painted — ensuring colour retention for the life of the product. Custom colours available for volume orders.
MATERIAL COMPARISON
Pressure-treated lumber remains the default privacy fence material across much of the U.S. residential and commercial market — not because it performs better, but because it is familiar. The actual lifecycle cost and maintenance burden tell a different story.
Yes. The fully sealed board profile and 0.2% water absorption rating make it suitable for Gulf Coast, Atlantic seaboard, Pacific Northwest, and Florida coastal installations. The UV stabilization package is specifically validated for high solar index environments.
Standard spacing for composite screening installation is 1,800 mm to 2,000 mm (approximately 6 feet) on center, compatible with both aluminum and WPC post systems. Detailed installation specifications are available with trade account documentation.
The complete system includes the screening boards, top and bottom trim channels, corner brackets, concealed spacer clips, post caps, and post base cover skirts. Full system supply eliminates the need to source accessories from secondary vendors.
Yes. All three privacy levels — fully closed panel, semi-open with defined gaps, and open louver-style spacing — are achievable using the same board profiles and clip system. Configuration is determined at installation, not by ordering different products.
Steel and aluminum alternatives offer durability but lack the wood-grain aesthetic that residential and light commercial projects typically require. Composite screening delivers the visual warmth of natural wood without the maintenance liability. It also outperforms painted metal on UV color retention over multi-year exposure.
Yes — this is a core capability of the Las Elegance manufacturing program. Color matching, custom surface embossing, unique profile dimensions, proprietary packaging, and private label branding are all available through the OEM/ODM program.
