Built to outlast the job site conditions that end cheaper boards early — standing water, heavy foot traffic, and the freeze-thaw cycles that split and warp untreated surfaces. Renew delivers the natural timber look your end buyers want, with the structural durability and zero-maintenance profile that keeps callbacks off your plate and projects on schedule.
Wholesale & trade pricing available. Custom sizes, colours, and packaging on request.
ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
Most composite decking reaches your warehouse already carrying distributor margin, regional rep commission, and brand premium — costs baked in before you’ve placed a single unit. LastElegance is structured differently.
We manufacture Renew in-house and ship container-direct to your warehouse. No intermediary fees. No markup layers. Just factory pricing tied to your order volume — and a cost structure that gives your bids room to move.
For building material wholesalers and commercial contractors managing tight project margins, that difference shows up on every purchase order.
0.8 mm
Cap Layer Thickness
Thicker cap construction than most competing WPC boards in the mid-market wholesale segment
ΔE ≤ 4–5
Color Shift · 3,000 hrs QUV
Color stability verified under accelerated UV weathering — critical for Sun Belt and coastal project warranties
R11
Slip Rating · AS/NZS 4586
Anti-slip certified for pool decks, multifamily amenity areas, and ADA-adjacent commercial applications
26.2 MPa
Flexural Strength · EN 15534
Load-bearing performance documented for commercial project specifications and structural sign-off

Product Detail
For commercial project managers and procurement leads who need to justify material selection, the Renew board’s performance data is the argument.
The 0.8 mm co-extruded cap layer is bonded to the composite core through continuous co-extrusion — not a secondary laminate process. That distinction matters: secondary laminates delaminate under freeze-thaw cycling and moisture ingress, creating warranty exposure for the builder and return freight costs for the distributor. Co-extruded caps do not peel.
The cap layer’s UV protection system combines Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers (HALS) with UV absorbers — the same dual-system approach used in high-performance automotive and marine coatings. Under 3,000-hour QUV accelerated weathering, Renew recorded a color difference of ΔE ≤ 4–5, a standard that holds up across the full southern US UV index range, from Florida coastal builds to Arizona desert installations.
Full test report documentation is available for all standards upon request — formatted for commercial project submittal packages.

LastElegance operates a full OEM and ODM manufacturing program covering board dimensions, surface texture, colorway, profile shape, packaging design, and quality grade. Custom mold development is available for proprietary profiles.
Supply agreements are structured for building material wholesalers, commercial contractors, and property developers. Contact our trade team to discuss MOQ requirements, production lead times, territory exclusivity, and volume pricing tiers.
Colour Range
All colours are co-extruded into the board surface — not painted — ensuring colour retention for the life of the product. Custom colours available for volume orders.
MATERIAL COMPARISON
Pressure-treated lumber remains the default decking material on US job sites — not because it performs better, but because it’s familiar. For wholesalers and contractors who’ve dealt with warranty callbacks, jobsite rot complaints, and annual maintenance costs passed back up the chain, the performance case for composite is straightforward.
FAQ

Factory-direct pricing removes distributor margin, regional rep commission, and brand premium from the unit cost. For wholesale buyers purchasing at container volume, the landed cost difference versus brand product purchased through distribution is typically substantial — enough to meaningfully affect your resale margin or competitive bid position. Contact us with your target volume for a direct price comparison.
Yes. Full private-label and OEM services are available, covering board profile, surface embossing texture, colorway, packaging design, and printed branding. We can also develop custom mold profiles for distributors who want a proprietary board shape unavailable in the standard catalog. Minimum quantities apply — speak with our trade team for specifics.
Renew decking is certified to CE, ISO, RoHS, and SGS standards. Individual performance tests include AS/NZS 4586 (slip resistance: R11), EN 15534 (flexural strength: 26.2 MPa), ASTM D1037 (water absorption: 0.2%), and EN 717-1 (formaldehyde: not detected). Full third-party test report packages are available on request and formatted for inclusion in commercial project submittal documentation.
The minimum order is 100 m². Mixed-color and mixed-profile orders are accommodated within container programs — contact our trade team to confirm specific combination requirements for your order configuration. Full container orders benefit from the highest volume pricing tier and fastest production scheduling.
Territory exclusivity is available for qualifying wholesale accounts that meet annual volume commitments. Exclusive arrangements cover defined geographic territories and include preferred pricing, dedicated account management, and priority production scheduling.

The Renew board’s third-party certification package supports commercial project specification across slip resistance (R11 — AS/NZS 4586), structural performance (26.2 MPa — EN 15534), and environmental compliance (formaldehyde: not detected — EN 717-1).
We can provide a product data sheet, specification sheet, and test report package formatted for review by architects and engineers. Reach out to our trade team and specify what your project submittal requires.
