Where full enclosure is the brief — not partial screening, not decorative baffling — TwinLine is built for the job.
TwinLine delivers complete privacy for Australian courtyards, cattle yards, and horse properties — engineered with the structural weight and UV durability that rural and residential trade projects demand.

ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
TwinLine is a co-extruded composite board with a 0.8 mm polymer cap layer — recycled hardwood fibre core bonded to a 0.95 g/cm³ HDPE matrix — sized at 158×20 mm for applications where full privacy enclosure is required from the first board to the last.
At 1.98 kg per linear metre, TwinLine carries the structural weight needed for large-run enclosures: cattle yard windbreaks, horse arena perimeters, and courtyard privacy walls where open profiles or lighter boards fall short.
It delivers the warmth and texture of natural hardwood without the rot, splinter, or termite risk — with no oiling, painting, or replacement cycle.

Product Detail
TwinLine’s 0.8 mm co-extruded polymer cap is permanently bonded to the composite core — not painted or laminated on. This process creates a surface that resists UV degradation, staining, scratching, and moisture ingress at the board perimeter, all critical failure points when boards are exposed to Australia’s UV and seasonal wet conditions.
The cap layer is stabilised with a dual-system UV package combining Hindered Amine Light Stabilisers (HALS) with UV absorbers. Under QUV accelerated weathering testing, TwinLine boards achieved a colour shift of ΔE ≤ 4–5 after 3,000 hours of exposure — a performance benchmark that matters most in rural Queensland, northern WA, and coastal NSW installations where UV index and heat load are compounded.
At 158×20 mm, the profile is specifically proportioned for closed-run enclosures. Boards install flush or near-flush in continuous runs, creating a full privacy barrier without gaps — suitable for courtyard privacy walls, cattle yard windbreaks, equestrian arena surrounds, and rural property boundary enclosures where openness would compromise the application.
TwinLine Composite Screening is tested and certified to international and Australian standards, giving wholesalers and specifiers the documentation required for commercial project sign-off.

MATERIAL COMPARISON
Timber fencing in rural and residential applications degrades rapidly under Australia’s UV, absorbs moisture, and requires annual maintenance to remain functional. TwinLine delivers complete enclosure with no maintenance cycle — and at lower total lifecycle cost.
Yes. TwinLine was developed with closed-enclosure rural applications in mind. The 158×20 mm profile and 1.98 kg/lm board weight make it structurally appropriate for cattle yard windbreaks, horse arena surrounds, and farm boundary enclosures where lighter decorative profiles would be unsuitable.
The co-extruded cap layer handles high UV and temperature cycling common in inland and northern Australian rural environments. The board does not splinter, warp, or require retreatment — a significant operational advantage in remote or low-maintenance property settings.
Yes. TwinLine installs in a closed configuration — boards sit flush or near-flush in continuous horizontal runs, creating a full privacy barrier. This makes it well suited to courtyard privacy walls, pool enclosures, and residential boundary fencing where complete visual screening is the priority.
TwinLine is supplied as a complete fence system. Components include top and bottom trim, corner brackets, spacer clips, post caps, and post skirts. Posts are available in aluminium or composite. All accessories can be ordered through our trade supply programme.
TwinLine offers a natural timber aesthetic that steel panel fencing cannot replicate. Composite boards do not conduct radiant heat the way steel panels do — a meaningful comfort factor for livestock yards and equestrian facilities where panel surface temperatures under direct sun are a practical concern.
TwinLine also does not corrode in coastal or high-humidity rural environments, and does not require repainting when surface colour weathers. For projects where long-term appearance, thermal performance, and zero maintenance are priorities, TwinLine is increasingly the preferred specification.
Fix your posts, insert boards using the clip-and-slot system, and finish with trim. No specialist tools, adhesives, or structural fabrication required. A two-person crew can complete a standard residential courtyard or rural yard run efficiently, reducing labour costs compared to traditional timber construction.
Yes. Full OEM and ODM services are available, including custom board lengths, colour matching, surface embossing, and branded packaging. Custom mould development is also available for unique profile requirements. Contact our trade account team for minimum order quantities, lead times, and sampling arrangements.
